LATE ARRIVALS: Please arrive on time for your appointment to respect the time of both our clients and staff. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged $35 fee in your next appointment, and clients arriving more than 45 minutes late will forfeit their appointment, be charged a $35 fee in your next appointment and will be rescheduled.
LATE CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For same-day bookings, please notify us at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations that do not adhere to these guidelines will incur a $35 fee charged to your next appoint
NO-SHOWS: In the event of a missed appointment, a fee worth $35 non-refundable of the missed service will be charged in your next appointment. We kindly ask to notify us at least 48 hours from your appointment, to avoid any charges. Additionally, two or more missed appointments will result in termination of services.
